畢業于California Institute of the Arts（美國加州藝術學院）作曲系，主要對現代音樂藝術及組成形式、影視配樂、流行及爵士音樂藝術進行研究。擔任躍鈴國際傳媒（北京）有限責任公司合伙人并擔任音樂總監。

配樂動畫《Pluto and Planet Kindergarten》入圍FICMA BARCELONA、Zinetxiki、Zinemaldia音樂節和SMPTE-HPA電影節。
著有：《第一，第二弦樂四重奏》、《第一鋼琴協奏曲》、《為大提琴和樂隊而作》、《序曲》、《東北組曲》等。并開發了對于和聲理論知識的實際應用及對流行音樂和爵士音樂的理論指導。
為院線電影《雙魚玉佩之死亡之謎》配樂、電影《女神跟我走》電影主題歌編曲、42集電視劇《新人在囧途》配樂、38集電視劇《新漁島怒潮》等影視進行配樂工作，擔任作曲。為阿里巴巴出品的公益短片《His story》作曲。擔任《The painting》、《It’s not just about a flim》、《Move On》、《Jaeger》、《Dog Tag》、《See you tomorrow》、《FNDG》等多部美國電影作曲、為美國電影預告片《Calico》作曲，參與美國電影《going back》、《Bamboeo》的作曲工作。
除此之外程銘為國內多名器樂演奏家進行琵琶、古箏、鋼琴等器樂進行作曲。于此同時創作了多部多風格、多類型音樂。同時擔任由躍鈴國際傳媒出品的現代音樂會《融》的作曲。2019年程銘將進行多場“多媒體非意識流音樂會”的演出并開展關于“中美音樂制作及影視配樂”的大師課講座，以及一對一的vip課程輔導。
Andrew Chen (Cheng Ming) is a professional bilingual composer and music producer. He graduated from CalArts and has over 15 years of industry experience.
Chen is the Co-founder of Yue Ling International Media LLC. and also the head of MingC. Music Studio, a subsidiary of Flyling Media Inc. His work includes over a hundred episodes of TV shows, numerous single releases, and album productions. He has been honored multiple international awards, including the Asia World International Film Festival (AWFF), with significant recognition in the global industry.
